This guy was a late afternoon arrival, and very eager to learn, we know the feeling, so we managed to get him his first SUP Sunset Session right away!
You will get to watch some tutorial videos before hitting the beach. Then you will get personalized on the beach instruction and demonstration, followed by in the water instruction, demos, coaching and lots of fun!

Packages and Rates
Packages include: Tamarindo Diria Beach Resort Accommodations in a Family Pool View Room with 2 Queen Beds, an awesome daily breakfast buffet (other meals are not included), airport transfers to and from Liberia (LIR) or Tamarindo (TNO) airports, all SUP equipment and transportation to the SUP venues for our daily SUP surfing or SUP Flatwater guided session with coaching, 1 optional “other activity” from our list per person on stays of 4 or more nights instead of SUPing so you can have a break for rest and recovery, daily unlimited use of paddle boards and paddles while with us or on your own, SUP Instructor/Guide, SUP lessons, coaching and guided tours, at least 1 Photo/Video session with a Photo/Video Analysis Coaching Session for every 3 nights that you are here and more, please read on!!!
Transfers from and to San Jose (SJO) airport are available at an additional fee, see Airport Information, click here

We do not offer any SUP packages without the hotel accommodations included.
If you want one of our SUP packages, you need to book it through us, do not book the accommodations separately or directly with the hotel.

Non-SUP Partner, Friend or Family Member
For more than 1 Non-SUP Companion or if you want to bring your family but you are the only SUP boarder, please contact us we have nice options for you.
Personalized SUP Surfing Camps 3 - 4 guests maximum
(unless by special request from a group of friends or a family)
For your enjoyment, our SUP Camps are very personalized.
For Flatwater SUP we accommodate larger groups, however, for SUP surfing, we prefer our groups to be small. Our groups are normally from 1 to 3 guests plus the instructor/coach, unless a group of friends or a family specifically requests for their group to be larger.
We feel that a small group of SUP surfers is safer and more fun, with more waves to be had per person. It is also less invasive to the locals than a larger group.
We will not be the "instant crowd, just add water" type of SUP surf camp.
Single, Double or Triple Occupancy
If you prefer to travel by yourself, you will have a room to yourself, we do not pair you with a stranger, that's the reason for our Single Occupancy rates. We have learned that most of our guests cherish their privacy when they sleep. This is your SUP surfing vacation and we want you to have it your way.
If you prefer a Double or a Triple Occupancy experience, get a friend or two to come with you and save with our Double and Triple Occupancy rates.
Prices do not include the 13% IVA tax, it will be added at the time of payment. All prices are per person, in USD and do not include airfare. |

**Triple Occupancy is accomplished with 2 Queen Beds and 1 Rollaway bed in a Family Pool View Room. The Tropicana Pool View Room category is NOT available for triple occupancy because it only allows for a maximum of 2 persons per room.
Upgrades to a Sunset Ocean View Room are available, during High Season, for an additional $103 per night, per room, 13% IVA tax included; and upgrades to a Tropicana Pool View Room are $25 per night, per room, tax included.

What is Included in our packages
All of our Stand Up Paddle Adventure packages include:
--- Airport Transfers
The airport transfers to and from Liberia International Airport (LIR) or Tamarindo (TNO) domestic flight airport - The LIR airport is by far the most convenient for International flights and the Tamarindo (TNO) airport is the most convenient for Domestic flights.
This is Liberia, Costa Rica NOT Africa. Same name different continent.
Note: the transfers to and from San Jose by land are provided for an additional fee.
Air transfers are also available from San Jose (SJO) airport through either Sansa Airlines or Nature Air which you can book directly with them. They fly to either Liberia or Tamarindo airports. If you can, choose to fly in and out of Tamarindo (TNO) airport.
--- Daily unlimited use of paddle boards and paddles.
--- Awesome Beach front Hotel. A Standard Room is included; upgrades are available.
--- Daily Killer Breakfast Buffet at the Diria Resort.
--- Optional Other Activities- you can choose, if you wish, an optional "other activity" out of our list of 4 available activities, instead of any of your paddle boarding sessions, as a break from SUP surfing or Flatwater paddling. You can do this exchange, with as many of your SUP sessions as you want, during your stay.
This “other activity” is optional and will take place during the day, instead of one of your paddle boarding sessions. The inclusion of this other activity was designed as a break from paddle boarding to provide you with rest and recovery after several days of SUPing. But of course, if you want to, you can opt out and keep on SUPing. It’s your choice.
--- All Transportation to flatwater Paddle Boarding and Paddle Surfing (SUP surfing) venues for our daily camp session.
--- At least 1 Photo/Video session with a Photo/Video Analysis Coaching Session for every 3 nights that you are here. We will upload your photos to a Dropbox folder and send you a link so you can download them at home. We will take High Resolution Digital SLR SUP photos and/or Videos of at least one of your sessions for every 3 nights of SUP surfing Camp package. We will then analyse and discuss your technique and possible ways to improve. We will then proceed to professionally post-process your best photos so you can share and print them if you wish.

Beginner SUP School
For the Beginner SUPer, we include 2 to 3 hours of Daily Personalized Instruction, Coaching and Guiding. We will take you to different beautiful locations, suitable to your ability. We will have SUP tutorials daily and at least 1 photo session with photo analysis coaching for every 3 nights that you are here. If we see that you are a fast learner, and you feel comfortable about it, we will move you to intermediate coaching as soon as you are ready.

Intermediate SUP Surfing Coaching
For the Intermediate SUPers, we include daily Stand Up Paddle Guided, Coaching Tours to different SUP Surfing and Flatwater paddle spots. We will help you achieve your next level of SUPing. If you and us feel that you are ready for the advanced SUP Surf spots, we will take you on the advanced tours.

Advanced SUP Surfing
Advanced Stand Up Paddle Surfers, we have the waves. Magical spots are our specialty and we will take you there daily. Our local guides have the knowledge of the spots, the reefs, the channels, best tides, you name it, we know it. We are the best and most knowledgeable SUP surfers in the area! Come on over, we will take you there, we love great waves!!!

SUP and Yoga go hand in hand, they have a natural synergy that allows for the mind, body and spirit connection to renew, cleanse and integrate in harmony. Many are benefiting from this holistic approach to life in general. Our Yoga instructors can accommodate from the total beginner to the advanced student.
